The conceptual work of Jesús Gómez (born 1987 in Madrid, Spain) encompasses from classic photography to performative works and video installations. Every project cycles back to a journey -sometimes pleasant, sometimes a “slap” in the face- which the viewer needs to walk through to find, at the end, a very fundamental and human emotion.
He seeks for a decelerated and aesthetic form of reflection, dealing at the same time with his inner world and with social issues.
